The inaugural meeting will be held in Madeira from 26 to 28 March, with team leaders and other scientists involved in the project, in order to review initial efforts, coordinate actions, allocate tasks and resources, with a time table agreed by the MB. This will lead to a refined work plan which will be used as a guide by each partner throughout the duration of the project.
