Brain storming on WP 1

Lydiane, Michel, Duarte and Miguel presented the hard work carried out on diagnostic :

 Development of new protocols
 Optimization of existing protocols
 Indexation of 2335 plant samples for 15 distinct virus genera
 Sequencing runs
 Phyllogenetic analyses

Data are now available on the prevalence of these virus genera in the germplasm collections.

The data on the generated sequences will be shared in common folders, in order to facilitate the job of bio-informaticians.

Metagenomics and Bioinformatics results

Philippe and Thierry described the different steps leading to the sequences analyses.

Sandy and Sébastien explained how they developed the programs to analyse these millions data. And made a terrific demo of the pipeline !
